Bought a house and needed to upgrade the boiler to a combi. We had no idea where to start. We called Jordon following a recommendation, and he promptly popped round and explained everything. We felt really happy with the explanation, price, and overall impression. The installation was completed in one day by James and Taylor. The water tanks were removed along with the old gas pipes, with no mess whatsoever. The boiler was moved from its original position, and it looks so much neater and tidier—far better than I had expected. They also noticed that the old boiler flue point didn't meet regulations, so they are coming back to fix this issue. A very happy customer and will definitely be using them again.

Joe Cahill was the engineer who installed my new boiler. He faced some challenges because the boiler was a different size and model, but he solved the problem with wisdom and patience. We also had trouble finding the tap to shut off the water, but Joe was thorough—he even went downstairs to check. I really appreciate the hard work he put in from early morning until 2:30. He definitely deserves 5 stars!

Jordan and his team are great, always quick and dependable. I don't bother with anyone else. Bought and installed our boiler through JTS, we get it serviced yearly, the occasional system flushed when needed, we have also done plenty of pipework (we have wet underfloor heating) Luckily I'm older than Jordan, so I never worry about him retiring and me having to find someone else.
