Bought a house and needed to upgrade the boiler to a combi. We had no idea where to start. We called Jordon following a recommendation, and he promptly popped round and explained everything. We felt really happy with the explanation, price, and overall impression. The installation was completed in one day by James and Taylor. The water tanks were removed along with the old gas pipes, with no mess whatsoever. The boiler was moved from its original position, and it looks so much neater and tidier—far better than I had expected. They also noticed that the old boiler flue point didn't meet regulations, so they are coming back to fix this issue. A very happy customer and will definitely be using them again.

I had a great experience with the JTS Plumbing & Heating. Jordan was very responsive and professional from the first enquiry providing us with advice on changing over our boiler. Following on from the visit, Taylor and James were amazing at their job and provided us with updates and advice throughout. They both worked tirelessly to ensure the job was completed within the day. Honestly cannot praise this team high enough and will be recommending and using in the future.

I needed advice about upgrading and moving the boiler from the kitchen to the airing cupboard. Jordan spent time taking through the options, answering my questions and gave me the reassurance that the job could be done without the pipe work showing. The outcome was excellent, really happy with the decision and quality of work and worth every penny! Would highly recommend Jordan and his team if you need any advice or work done

Excellent service from start to finish! A friend recommendation which is always worth its weight in gold. The team are exceptionally professional, prompt and reliable. I had a new boiler fitted, and everyone I spoke with were knowledgeable, none of this cowboy business which I've experienced in the past. Highly recommended, left my property clean and tidy after the work, couldn't be happier. Hat off to you JTS! Thank you

Joe Cahill was the engineer who installed my new boiler. He faced some challenges because the boiler was a different size and model, but he solved the problem with wisdom and patience. We also had trouble finding the tap to shut off the water, but Joe was thorough—he even went downstairs to check. I really appreciate the hard work he put in from early morning until 2:30. He definitely deserves 5 stars!

Jordan and his team are great, always quick and dependable. I don't bother with anyone else. Bought and installed our boiler through JTS, we get it serviced yearly, the occasional system flushed when needed, we have also done plenty of pipework (we have wet underfloor heating) Luckily I'm older than Jordan, so I never worry about him retiring and me having to find someone else.

My elderly parents were left with no heating or hot water after their old boiler broke down. Jordan, Taylor and their team came to their rescue and within 3 days from initial contact they have a lovely new Combi boiler installed and working. The workers went above and beyond to get their job finished promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

Brilliant company. Honest, fair and exceptional work carried out to a high standard. I have used JTS Plumbing for a new boiler and pipe work plus annual service. We also brought them back for a complete bathroom refit and tiling. Always friendly and responsive in an emergency. Highly recommend if you want quality and reliable tradesmen.

JTS completed a new boiler installation for us. Jordan went out of his way to ensure the job was completed as quickly as possible and was easily available to contact. The two guys carrying out the work were friendly, polite and worked really hard to get the job finished to a good standard. Would definitely recommend JTS.

We had a new boiler installed by the team, switching from an old system to a combi. The team did a professional job, removed all the waste and were happy to answer all our questions. The new boiler works great, I would recommend.
